English Language Teachers’ Experience of Virtual Class during COVID-19 Lockdown in Bhojpur: A Narrative Inquiry

This research aimed at exploring English teachers’ experience of virtual class in the time COVID-19 lockdown period Bhojpur, Nepal. Using narrative inquiry as methodological lens, I collected four secondary level language stories during first phase. In-depth interview was conducted to enable participants reveal their individual experiences teaching. The fi ndings revealed negative such technology related anxiety and mental stress being absent basic mastery ICT teachers. narrations further showed unstable electricity low speed internet issue, rate students’ absence, unavailability devices obstacles fronted by teachers district. result also displayed positive increase knowledge skills use, autonomous mobile learning.
